According to the Guardian, this is ‘a play about a
play within a play which could quite conceivably be the funniest play
ever written’. We agree. If this doesn’t make you laugh it
will be because either we have made a mess of it or you have no sense
of humour – both of which are pretty unlikely.
For those who don’t know the piece (are there any?) it is about
a group of actors playing a sex farce, Nothing On. We see
the action on stage – and also what is happening backstage. It
is hard to decide which is the funnier...
