The Musicians directed by Greg Cole
Daughters of Albion directed by Vanessa Comer

The Musicians is a touching jaunt around the human
spirit. On the biggest night of their lives the orchestra members find
they are parted from their instruments and have to think quickly. Will
the concert be a disaster? Will they pull through? A witty wizard of a
play from the writer of Closer.
In Daughters of Albion, a trio of girls from the biscuit
factory stray into a university end-of-term party and find themselves
in a completely different world. This is a play about young people in
the north of England confronting the realities of life in dead-end
jobs. The teenage heroines must choose: stay in the safety of present
reality, or risk pursuing a dream.
NB Daughters of Albion is presented in promenade style
and lasts around 45 minutes. Patrons who are unable to stand should
ask a steward who will gladly offer them a chair.
